Local Client copy mean Client copy in same server mean you
copy Quality to quality and remote client copy mean one
server to other server mean Production server to Quality
server for local Client copy use SCCL Transaction Code and
Remote client copy use SCC9, for Local client copy no RFC

local copy is made within 2 clients in single/same SAP
system
remote client copy can perform with a single sap system or
from one sap system to another sap system in RFC connection
method, for which we have to first define RFC communication
in SM59.
the difference is only about the communication method.

remote client copy can perform with a single sap system but its required two CI
or
from one sap system to another sap system through RFC connection use t code sm59 to make RFC
and then copy through scc9 t code
