Hi Most of the update failures occures due to object
locks.Please double click on the update which has failed in
SM13 , you can get information for the failure , so we need
to act accordingly

Hey, Is it SPAM update failure???
If yes, then u can cancel the transaction and restart the SAP.
And after restarting look at the reason of the failure in
log files and take the necessary action according to that.

ONE OF THE DAILY TASKS IS TO MONITOR UPDATES IN TCODE SM13,
UPDATE FAILURE IS VERY CRITICAL THING AND SHOULD BE NOTIFIED
TO THE USER IMMIDEATELY.
