IF WE HAVE X KVAr THEN AMPERE WILL BE
X'= X*1.4 (1.39)ACTUALLY
AND FOR INCOMER CALCULATION
INCOMER = X'*1.5

why more PF is not showing HT Meter.
We are not connected any capacitor bank in between load
I mean feeder and transformer between only HT meter. if i need to connect 1000 KVA transformer how much KVAR rqquired

1000amps
500kw

1kw=2.27amps

500kw= 500*2.00=1000amps

using capacitor
(1.25kvar=2.25amps )(example)
1000amps using capcitor 1000*1.25=1250amps capacitor to
use that is formula and answer

why we are connecting the alternator to a steam turbine of higher RPM then the rated RPM of alternator? For example:( connecting 1500 rpm alternator to 7600 rpm steam turbine). we can directly connect the same rpm turbine to alternator know??? is there any special reason ???
