goto PPOM_OLD Select the org unit..Click on GOTO on the top
Menu..select reporting structure.. select positions and make
them chief or subordinated.

1) BY GOING TO T.CODE PO10,PO13,PO03....
2)PPOCE
3)PPOC_OLD
4)PP01

THE WAGE TYPE TO BE MAINTAINED FOR PF IS M002, WE HAVE TO
COPY IT AND RENAME IT.

once you create org units , positions , jobs then you go to
expert mode for creating reporting structure.

path :

easy access->orgplan->simple maintenance->expertmode
