Administrators in PA will be responsible to take care of
the Personnel Administration Activities who are the people
authoirzed to do so.
Like, changing master data of the employees.

from infotype 0000 to 0999 ,and he is only authorized to
maintain the employee master data,and which is very
confidential

There are 3 types of Administrators in PA. They are Personnel Administrator, Payroll Administrator & Time Administrator.
The purpose of administrators is to rectify/ handle any issues which come up when the end-users are using SAP from the front-end. Alternatively, if the end-users have any queries regarding the above 3 areas, they approach the respective Administrator
