Answer / deep narayan kushwaha
circuit is the close and open path of flow of electric
current which is formed by the connections of electrical
devices.
eg. RC,RLC circuits.
while network is the interconnections of electrical devices
which connect to one area to other area.
eg. mobile network etc.

There is no difference except current will flow in acircuit
but a network may contain the physical compenents arranged
in such away that current could't flow.
