I need to see that the payroll area should be run only on 28th and only once.

I need to see that the payroll area should be run only on
28th and only once. There should not be a provision if
someone is trying to run next month payroll too the same
month. What should be done?

By Using period Modifier we can set the payroll area to run
on that particular day.

As of I know Change the date in the Retro active Accounting
which is in Control Record then Payroll cannot be run for
the previous month.

offcourse by using period modifer we can set the
payrollarea to run on that particular day but for provision
so that no one can run then we have get it locked by going
pa03 control record and then save it
