hello Mr.sennapparajan are you sure that our TNEB dont have
talented engineers . have you ever read the book issued by
TNEB engineers for "testing ,commissioning and maintanance
of electrical equpments" which is used all over the India.

coming to the question we require more power but we are not
generating as much power we consume .as the generation is
low they are making backups by powercut.
but the places for frequent powercut is not an electrical
related issue

are selling the post only... rich guys getting the chance

Ramniveth..... ya ya..am sure. releasing book wont help.i
meant that not technically talented. they have no capabile
to organise.u may from city. just go and look at village
areas. how much problems with transmission and
distribution. if any problem accures no will will solve un
till people make some voilence. y what is the problem with
TNEB. i have TNEB.... all lazy workers.

Dear All,

I agree all the commants which you mentioned
above.We have a lot of talent engineer but no one ready to
work in india.So that the person who doesnot know any
anything he took a seat by illegal way(Not ALL).But we will
try to introduce new method instead of criticize.So Plz
find out some useful metnods which will benefit for our
tamilnadu power cut.

not only in tamil nadu, there is power problem in all over
india. due the gap between power generation and consumption
power problem occurs.

generaly all power generating devices is expressed in KVA or MVA then why power ststion is expressed in MW

Some times to change of DOR of a motor, interchange of R & B is not effected and RYB take same current, but interchange of R&Y is effected ie change the DOR. My doubt is what is the problem in motor and how it is happen.

Three set (each phase contain 2 cable of 400 mmsq CU XLPE AWA) of single core cables are connected to 11 KV motor of 14 MW & the switch gear supplay is taken from 11kv feeder & this supplay taken from 275 KV substation. Problem is one pair cable(L3- 2 cable ) getting very hot & gland melted and damaged in switch gear side. the other two cable haven't any more hot(ambient temp only & L3 haveing 95- 100 Degree C. The same problem happened in 275 KV substation switch gear side also where the supply taken for 11 kv switch gear. But here L2 phese cable had problem. Why it is happening like this?. The cable having temperature different at different location from gland side inthe case of 11KV feeder of 275 kv substation. why ?
