value of the earthing is vary depends upon the place.
In residential towers we should maintain the earth value is
below 2 ohm.

res.for rock sail area and residential area, this value is
8 and 1-3 res respectively.further ithink this depends upon
ur mant. capability. this can be maintened by checking

Now a days all telecommunication installations insist for value <0.5 ohms.
However domestic installation is ok upto 2 ohms.
The easiest way to measure the value of domestic earth is using a multimeter measure voltage across n-e it must be less than 5 ohms.

value depends upon the soil resistivity but in reality it
should be zero to get better result. As per recommendation
by NFPA and IEEE it should be less then 5 ohms.
