item of the sale order for intercompany must have the item
category leih and following of the steps needed
1.customer master data of X company should be assinged as
internal customer in company y
2.material master data of x company having item catagory
with leih should be copied to y company with same name
3. in pricing condition of inter company should mentioned
4.last one ordering sales orgnastation of the company x
should have assinged to manufactering of plant of company y

based on this setup we can do intercompany returnable goods
i thinks there is a transaction code to view the returnable
goods mb50 i think so kindly checkup

in incompletion Procedure there is Status Group what is use in case of Pricing. In status group Price also one field what is use and how it affect sales document. from where it collect data.
