For 3 Phase Supply

Power in KVA = (V in Volts * I in Amps)/1000*PF For 1

Killo Watts 3 Phase = (I X V X 1.73 X P.F.) / 1000

Killo Watts 1 Phase = (I X V X P.F.) / 1000

AS PER THE PRACTICAL ASPECTS CONSIDERING PF
PRACTICALLY ....FOR 50 HP MOTOR WE HAVE TO TAKE 37.5 KW
(I.E. FOR 100 HP WE ARE TAKING 75 KW)......
