earthfault condition because earth has capacity to absorb
any amount of charge , it is alwase zero. rediffmail.

What is the difference between Earthing and Neutral?..

Earthing can be said a process of creating a neutral. In
practical neurtral is created by grounding(earthing) a huge
copper rod deep under the ground. Current conducting
materials such as coal are added to improve grounding.
