you can connect equipments earthing to a common earth bar
to provide a uniform current dissipation to earth thru its
grounding cable connected to the grounding grid(if
available) or multiple earthing rod.

usually, lightning arrestter earthing is directly connected
to the grounding network and not in common earth bar.
