Naren, I am not satisfied your answer it depends upon
company to company, wat technology they are using
in simple way you can say that it is connected to central
server and when you give your client, user-id and password
it will check for the usr in the server and by that you can
logon

Hi,

If we r working for our client(Offshore) then we have to
login into client server through VPN(Virtual Private
Network) may be Cisco etc., Our client will provide user id
& passwd then only we can login into client.
