macro is a set of predefined statement.
when this command is interpretted in the report,the
predefined set of statements will be substiuted and will be
execcuted .

It is a source code modularization technique. when we call
this macro simply copy and paste operaton takes place.
while calling we can pass certain values to the parameters.
