Tickets are the issues raised by the users of sap.
Genetally we use 3 rd pary tools which are called ticketing
tools(soft ware) to manage the tickets.

Whenver a user encountered with a problem he a raises a
ticket by using this tool.
There are some incidences where they can mail or call
support team to get immediate resolution for their issue.

There are various tools that are used by clients to manage
the ticket handling. One of them being Support Works.

The Vendor have two different bank accounts in sap one in citi bank and another is hdfc bank but now the vendor demands that the company should pay him in two different bank accounts that is from ICICI Bank and Axis Bank but this banks are not configured in the system so how we should pay the required amount to vendor through APP. Please give me the required Suggestions.
