Answer / chetan & panks
Please mention voltage level & PF.
Assuming the voltage level 415V & PF 0.85,
FLC=kw/(ROOT3xkVxcoso)
= 30/(1.74x0.415x0.85)
= 48.87A

Answer / pintoo
the data u have given is not sufficient to calculate the
FLC.
the exact formula to calculate FLC is:
P=sqrt(3)*V*I*cos(phi)*efficiency
I=P/[sqrt(3)*V*cos(phi)*eff.]
P=30KW=30000Watt
V=415V
cos(phi)=?
eff.=?
put the value of cos(phi) and efficiency then u will get
accurate FLC.

1H.P= 0.746 watts i.e power
so in 3 phase ,power =root3 *v*flc(Il)*cos phi
power =.746 watts
v=415v, and cos phi=0.8...so substituting above values
0.746=1.732*flc*415*0.8
so 7460/1.732*415*0.8= 1.31 A
So flc=1.31A...so accordingly,
find for 30 kw.

U CAN FIND FLC OF THE MOTOR IN THE MOTOR NAME PLATE ITSELF.
MOREOVER,
1HP=0.746KW
1KW=1/0.746HP
30KW=30/0.746 HP=40HP
Practically current taken by 1HP motor=1.342A
so full load current of 30kw(40HP) motor=40*1.342=54A
