the data u have given is not sufficient to calculate the
FLC.
the exact formula to calculate FLC is:
P=sqrt(3)*V*I*cos(phi)*efficiency

I=P/[sqrt(3)*V*cos(phi)*eff.]

P=30KW=30000Watt
V=415V
cos(phi)=?
eff.=?

put the value of cos(phi) and efficiency then u will get
accurate FLC.

My load is 1635 KW. & current pf is 0.884, I have to improve it for 0.99.Please suggest what KVAR value is needed?
