SM01 is used to Lock/unlock particular tcode. it does not
specify user criteria. To prevent users from sending mails
in sap system, we can remove the respective authorities from
the user profile.

HI,

To prevent other users to send mails from SAP is to block
TCode "SM01" through Tcode "SU01" parameters block Tcode
SO01.Which will not allow user to send mails from SAP.

Hi,
To prevent other Users to send mails from SAP one should
follow this process:

goto-----SM01----and lock the Transaction SO01 for that
particular User ,once the TCode SO01 is locked then the
User is not able to access SAP Inbox for sending and
receiving emails through SAP.

a user says he couldn't login.his account isn't locked,not expired,no network issues.what will you do?

When I go to SAP Management Console, the tree is not appearing ; and i cannot start the console from yesterday. So I went to "Run" services.msc option to check the SAP program files appear there or not. I checked there, the two sap files "SAPC11_00" and SAPOSCOL" are appearing there but not started. If i double click this for making it started, it gives the following message. "THE SERVICE DID NOT START DUE TO LOGON FAILURE" Can anybody suggest any solution to solve this problem. Awaiting for the reply . Please.
