dynamic actions are an activities which are triggered
without user action to create or maintain data records in
one infotype based on actions performed on another infotype.
for handling dynamic action we have to use this path...
spro--->personal managment--->personal administration--
>customizing procedures-->dynamic actions.

goto sm30--->provide table name T588Z-->click on maintain---
>next click on new entries---> here provides the values for
the given below fieds..
inftype subty field fc number si variablefunction.
inftype--> specifies the number on which actions are
performed.
subtype----> onn specific subtype
field----> on specific field
function code---> type of actions. like 02--> change,
04->create, 08->delete, 06-->change or create,
12-->create or delete, 10-->change or delete.
number----> sequence number
si---> step indicator, it has values like
i-->infotype maintanance( ins, copy, mod, del)
w-->assign values to the second infotype fields
m--> sending mail
f--> for form routines
p--> cheking the conditions
example: creation of employees mail-id in infotype 0105
while inserting the data record in infotype 0002.

ever any infotype have a effact on some other type of
infotype.
eg:when in personal details,family/relatives infotype,have
a effect on other infotypes also.i.e birth of a child
