do not try answer like "i want to improve my communicatoin
skills ,technical skills"..
u must answer with +ve attitude only,because
if u have skills only they will prefer u.if u don't have
great communication skills also,u must behave like that u
have great skills and should be positive attitude.

Guys......telling you a secret ...never try to make the
interviewer feel that you would use the call centre job to
get some certification or any thing that would prompt him
to feel that you have an intention of using the job and
once you get your ceti done you would kick the org....

ya i did MCA,but i m interesting working in BPO sector, i
always believe in work is worship ,is not like that MCA's
should not do BPO jobs, even BPO providing the same
position & salaries as that of other sector, i will use my
knowlegde of MCA for my growth in BPO
(it's just for answering HR)

at present BPO is a leading sector, and there is a lots of
upportunities for fresh graduates either they are from
technicle background or from nontech background they can
start there carrier with a bpo industry & also can improve
there communication skill. so i think Bpo is good choice
for fresh graduates.

Am not post graduate am only graduate . According to me am
looking for call center job because bpo industries are
booming day by day . Growth rate is excellent . As the
software companies are only in developing states of India
and there are not many employment opportunities for the
people rather bpo's have a great job opportunities providing
good atmosphere , bright future and also shape the carrier
of the person.

yes, I am a MCA graduate and i know its not my directed
profession to work in BPO. But I have all the skills
required by a call center employee. I have good
communication skills,i can interact with different kinds of
people ,i the thats enough to be a good BPO employee...

have done my mca i am looking out for a tech support
process where in i can help customers fixing there problems
and make them happy so if i bring my passion to my
profession i will be very satisfied with my job. And down
the lane in 3-4 years if my performance is good definately
