ya corrcet.. i am looking for call center job because call
center is a fastest growing industry today.. it gives lot
of opportunies for professional and personal
growth..finally i would like to say, where i am in that's
not important one, what i did in this field that's

It is right, i am a MCA graduate. I am also technically
sound to get job in MNC.
But i want to emerge like a leader for which it is
necessary to have good innerpersonal as well as
communication skils. I will get oppurtunity to work with
some fine senior which could help me out to express my
ideas and view in coherent way. Even i heard that great
oppurtunity to get impart training in institutu like IIM as
well as helping out to get some some special certification
CCNP attaract me to getting into call centre

i think this industry is one of the most booming industry
right now hope this will boom further well in the coming
future.plus, i beleive working in a call center one can
improve his/her communication skill.we have growth in this

Bpo is ever growing industry it is the leading sector in
the present situation.Because so many industries are
dependent on it/it enabled services.And i feel its good to
start my career where lots of oppurtunities for gradutes
(freshers) to gain experience being skillful and

B P O is bussines process outsorcing it's a outsorcing mkt
and included all the outsorcing field like billing
frequency , marketing , human resourcing , and It technical
fields , bpo is place where if has techincal knowlde or not
he can earn lot but yes if person has mca graduate so he
got opportunity becasue he contain his knowledge and chance
to progress becasuse india booming in it field and future
they need mca person if you join and proov stability so you
in future earn hefty salary.

my education is a key to enter into a company for interview.. but our knowledge only speak sound in interview..an also i like to communicate people which i can get frequently while work in bpo.. so i choose this job which suits for me..

I THINK BPO IS NOT A INBOUND AND OUTBOUND AND ALSO BACKEND
JOB. BPO PROVIDED A LOT OF GOLDEN CHANGE FOR TECHNICAL
SECTOR.SUCH AS IT FIELD,NETWORKING,DATABASE ETC.BUT IN S/W
FIELD YOU HAVE MUST GOOD KNOWLEDGE IN SOFTWARE LANGUAGE.SO
