START- SETTINGS- CONTROL PANEL- INTERNET OPTIONS.

1. turn on the computer
2. double click Internet Explorer icon
3. click tools on the upper left of the desktop
after favorites.
4. click Internet options

there are three ways to open internet options through windows 7:
1. start -> control panel -> network and internet -> internet option
2. start -> run -> inetcpl.cpl
3. open internet explorer -> tool menu -> internet option.
