Reverse Phase: Initially column wash with water and then suitable solvent like methanol or ACN with water (9:1) and after completion of analysis column minimum 1 hrs washed column 50% Methanol solution with water and the % methanol. finally washing with % Methanol and stored in % methanol.
Normal Phase: Column is wash with n-Hexane and stored in % n-Hexane.
