In item category, Business item specifies whether the
business data at the item level is allow to differ from
business data in the document header during the sales
document processing.

businee data means sales data + shipping data + Billing data

if u check the field business item in item catagory, during
the sales document processing we can defers from the
business data at item level from business at the header
level.

If you configure (Check box active) the Business item in
the Item category, system should not allow to change the
Inco terms in the sales order

Very simple.If checked then it allows you to change the business data at item level which is diifferent from the header level.
Example would be add different incoterms/payment terms at item level.
If not checked then we cannot add.
It is by default checked for all except return item category REN

hi every one, When i am doing PGI in consigment fillup,an error is showing,that is "Deficit of SL Unrestricted use 100ea:730 (mat number)ZPB1(Plant)LS1(storage location). I had mainten special stock in mb1c ie. movement type 561w. and in metarial my basic unit is ea and saleing unit is box and 1 ea.= 1 box.
