In a Third party process how does the company knows that the goods are delivered to the customer or not? What sort of communication happens between Customer to vendor, Vendor to company? Hoe does the communication happens or acknowledgement is given regarding delivery of goods to customer? Suppose if your vendor is not using SAP system in such a scenario how does the vendor communicate with the company reg delivery of goods to customer is there any tracking mechanism or control is there?I have been asked this question in an recent interview. Status Profile I have a doubt in Status Profile. I have set the status profile and I can see the same in order, however please confirm if the authorized person now needs to approve it, how he will do that. I am testing it in IDES, not sure about the last step For example if it is VA01- Will he go to VA01 to approve it or reject it. Please suggest as I am not sure about the last step.
