We know that we are using 2 transport request. Customizing and work bench request.I want to know which are comes under work bench and which are comes under customising???

Customizing Requests are Client dependent, Role Creation, Role Modification, Role Deletion Comes under the customizing request, because changes are specific / related to a client.
WorkBench Requests are Client Independent (Changes made will apply to all clients in the system) Logical system, Authorization group, su24 (changes) and usr40 (table changes) all these changes comes under WorkBench requests.
