System checks first if the material is available or not.
If not available then TOR.(requirement is sent to production)

first system performs availability check
second TOR

Availability check: In AC System checks the availability of the products.
TOR: Transferring the sales requirements to MRP. (Individually/Collectively)

Fist system performs the AC, Once you save the order TOR will happen
