in credit management if we stastic then it updates all open order values, open delivery values, open invoice values and open item values into credit management.

If we check Dynamic then it updates all open order values, open delivery values, open invoice values and open item values into credit management.But if any open order delivery creation date is exceeding horizan date then that order vales will not be update into credit management.

we can change the horizan date from months to days, and days to months with the help of Infostracture-S066
The t.code for info stracture is-OMO1

hi

i am sure you know there are two types of credit checks in automatic credit check

1. static
2. dynamic

static considers all open sales orders + open delivery doc's + open billing doc's + billing documents posted into accounting but for which you have not received the payment

dynamic also does credit check in the same way as above
but the difference is

we have a field called horizon in automatic credit control area.. which we use in dynamic credit check

what the purpose of this field is if i enter the value as 2 months in the horizon field,
when i create a sales order for which the delivery date is after 2 months these doc's will not be considered during credit check

In a Third party process how does the company knows that the goods are delivered to the customer or not? What sort of communication happens between Customer to vendor, Vendor to company? Hoe does the communication happens or acknowledgement is given regarding delivery of goods to customer? Suppose if your vendor is not using SAP system in such a scenario how does the vendor communicate with the company reg delivery of goods to customer is there any tracking mechanism or control is there?I have been asked this question in an recent interview. Hi ..I want to know about credit for return ,credit,debit process in SAP? (For ex..lets assume this the scnorio...... we delivered 100 qty of a prod to the customer and we done the invoice also.customer found 30 qty of prod are damaged or Faulty material and he sent back 30 damged material and ask credit for return? kindly note this...customer doesn't ask the 30 material for the damged 30.He asks only credit.In this situation wat ll v do? can any one explain....pls
