plaster = suppose 12mm palster
consider 1 sqm ratio is 1:6
volume of concrete= .012x1= .012cum ( per 1sqm)
incrase 20% for joint, filling and wastage=.012*20%=.0144




calculate 1/3rd of mortar when 
dry= .0144*1/3+.0144= .0192cum


summation of ratio = 7 
cement= .0192/7=.00274cum 
= .0789bags
sand= .00274*6=.0164cum


this formula applied for 6mm and 20mm
