Special GL Balances are shown under Alternative Reconciliation Accounts.For ex: Down payments recd. from Customer is shown as Alternative Recon a/c. under Payables and DP made, under Receivables.

Hi Suppose i(FICO Guys) have created a PO later the Customers told some Corrections.So now my Question is weather i can make the required changes in the same PO(Customer wants in the same PO not a NEW ONE).So how is it possible in the same PO number.without changing the PO Number.

Hi Gurus, Iam getting an error in MT940 uploading ff.5. after processing it is showing account was not updated in the status bar and when i clicked on information it is showing me INR: statement 200900000 is not in the bank data. when i clicked on the help it is showing Diagonis : the previous account statement is not imported. C if one customer has called u up,but the conserned person is out of station,the message is given to you.so the message has to b forwarded to the conserned person when he is back. so u plan 2 keep a MESSAGE ALERT in your system. So how are u going 2 do this in SAP.? Is it done by SAP (FICO) Consultant People. Explain the procedure.
