Hi,

Please check if the entry with the same number already exists in the KNA1 table. If no raise a SAP note for your issue. If yes, please try to solve the same by changing your number range. ideally in case of overlaping of number range you should get the express document error.

Check the KNA1 table with creation date. Some times the customer is created start with 00 but when you check in xd02/03 you forgot to enter the 00 due to this the system will give the error.

Hi! all, in SAP SD, I'm creating a customer in Tcode: XD01 & Im able to save the Customer & an Number is assigned for the following Customer through the Internal Number that has been assigned to the relevant Account Group. Everything is going fine till I the system generates the Customer Number. But when I check for the same Customer Number in XD02 / XD03, I get an Error saying that - "The Customer doesn't exist or not created". I have checked the Number Ranges & they are perfectly assigning the number sequence but I'm unable to retrieve the Customer info from the CMR. The Customer created is also not visible in the Tcode: VCUST. Could anyone help me resolve this particular issue, at the earliest please.

in sales org 2 tab in material master there is genereal item cat group and other is item category group what is difference in these two, we have to mentain which group(I mean general cat group or item cat group as BANS) for third party sales.
