Generator back up. What capacity of DG required for this ?

Question is not clear,
Because 200kVA/(1.732x0.415kv)= 278.24 Amps/phase.
Please check. If you load demmand is 200kVA , as DG runs
always with 89% efficiency @ 100% load, You may choose for
250kVA DG.
