We Can Assign N numbers of Sales orgnaisation to one Company Code.
The assignment is Many (Sales Org) to One (Company code).

You can assign N no of sales organisation to Company code but best practise is to maintain only one sales organisation for one company code untill and unless the business process is different.

yes you can assign n number of sales organisation to one company code but working keep one sales organisation in advisable until and unless it is required by company.
