A 3PH MOTOR RUNNING IN NORMAL CONDITION AND ITS AMPERE ALSO UNDER ITS FULL LOAD CURRENT,ITS CABLE RATINGS ALSO HIGER THN ITS CAPACITY,BUT ITS CABLE GETTING ABNORMAL HEAT(NOT TOO HOT)WHY ITS GETTING HOT LIK THIS
