1. Able to inform the customers about the new plans and offers.
2. Capture the lead generated from the new offer campaign and automatically qualify it into opportunity.
3. opportunity are taken care by the the sales rep , that are assigned based on certain rules set up in SAP CRM system.
4. Sales process is carried out in SAP CRM Or ECC.
5. service order and request can be handles efficiently in sap CRM System.

I am an Industrial Engineering graduate (through correspondence) with over 5 yrs experience. Now I am looking for a job in SAP CRM Functional on a fake resume with 3 years of relevant experience. the experience is verifiable, but i am worried abt the salary aspect. I am showing 4.8 lpa. how to justify it and what to say on form 16? what all should be the components of the salary slip?
