when transmission line is lightly loaded than receving end voltage is become higher than the sending end voltage hence line taking more charging current in order to flow of reactive power which is depnd on the voltage level . as reactive power flows from higher voltage to lower voltage
this is called ferranti effect

How loading get increased in generator not the speed, while we increasing steam to turbine.
