There are 3 different modes of a PLC processor.
1. Program mode - In this mode the processor will not
execute the output even if all the inputs are healthy.
2. Run Mode - Normal Operation Mode
3. Remote Run -

I don't know what happens in 3rd mode if anyone knows
please post the answer.

BUT ,,, DURING CALIBRATION I SELECT RANGE BY HART LRV IS 900 MMH20 & URV IS 1300 MMH20 ,, BUT ,TANK LEVEL SOMETIMES 100 % AT 1100 MMH20 , SOMETIMES 1300 MMH20 ..IN THIS CONDITION .. WHOLE LOOP FAILED ,, MAIN THING IS THAT ,, HOW TO CUSTOME RANGE SELECT ?? AND IF I USED RANGE OVER THE ORIGINAL CALIBRATE RANGE ,,,THEN WHAT ERROR WILL BE COME ??? HOW TO ZERO CALIBRATION OF DPT... HOW TO ZERO TRIM BY MANIFOLD ?? AND FOR TANK LEVEL PURPOSE ... WHICH UNIT I CAN USE ??? IS THERE ANY CALCULATION OR CALIBRATION .. IF YEH .. THEN PLZ JUST GIVE ME CALIBRATION STEPS FOR DPT.. capillary type tranmitter using remote seals and capillary tubes filled with liquid of known of known density so if you wanna callibrate it just close block valve just before capilary @ high side & connect druck apply it's calibrated range pressure as normal calibration ensure low side block valve must be closed & if you asking commissioning so this is not a DP type pressure tx so simple if you wanna put in servie this tx just open high side block valve & than low side block same way i do it but still transmitter showing -13 ma.just tell me what i want to do ?
