client level- what ever you configured at client level will be valid for all cocd,s

cocd level- what ever you configure at cocd level will be valid for only that cocd

Best Example for Client level is Taxation - that is if TAXINN is configured in the system is applies to all the company codes under that client. Example of Company code level : Master Datas.
