Normally we can not change the chart of account of company code once we made any transaction in it.

HI Dear,
Your question is not clear for me.According my opinion changes in chart of Accounts is not possible once we made postings.We can block this chart of accounts util you don't want to do postings.

in which server did number ranges of CO mainly created? is it in development server or in production server? Plz. give the reason.
