Recruitment means selecting right candidate for right job depend upon their skills, knowledge, innovations etc.
Recruitment has 2 kinds: Pre & Post recruitment:
Pre Recruitment - Is the process of initiating things b4 conducting interview. Ie., Calculating fun for interview, Nature of Job, Profile Status, Type of recruitment, Ad publishing, Selection process.
Post Recruitment - After selecting the candidate, Explaining the terms & conditions, nature of job, Org. culture, induction program abt the organization, Providing training.

Pre Recruitment is
1. once we got the approved manpower request, identifying the mode of source of candidate that is whether.
a. Giving add in News Paper
b. Through consultant
c. Job portal
d. internal Promotions etc
2. after identifying the mode of source of candidates Job analysis ie describing the JD for the particular post. and sourcing the candidates and screening the resumes
3. taking the preliminary interview and scheduling the technical and hr round interview schedule.
4. candidates selection and salary negotiation and document verification and issue of offer letter.
Post recruitment is
1. once the recruitment is over after issue of offer letter follow up of candidates till joining
2. issue of appointment order
3. induction
4. seating arrangement
5. welfare of the employee
6. Joining kit
