7) what is the difference between configuration and customization ?..

configration means input the new feilds and new company or
company cod into the system.
customization means changes in all ready existing feilds
and customing with other company cod.

exp: we configar the compnay and company cod
we customise the gl accounts to perticular company code.

Create or Define a objects in sap like creation of comapny
code,chart of accounts,account groups and Fiscal year.

Creation of objets without changing the stadard sap is
called configuration.

Example:Define comapny code and Chart of accounts

Customization:It means changing the standard sap objects by
creating new Zprograms or ZTables or fields and screens is
called Customization

Example:ZBSEG,ZRFFOUS_C and ZHKNOT
