Assuming 2 phase means 430 V and 2 bulbs means 2 lamps of 230 V each. Under this condition of connecting 2 lamps of 230V in series across 430V supply of 2 phase will glow the lamp at their rated voltage and current with normal glow of light.

same wattage same voltage two cerise bulb is connect with
two phase it is complete the circuit and both will be glow
but if we connect with phase and neutral it also glow but
illumination is less then the the first method.

simply it will glow....it is so called series lamp..its neutral is shorted and 2 phases will connect to respective phase to know the status.

well dear, the glow of bulb will depend upon the phase angle between the phases.
if there is any phase difference, as generally happens in case of three phase system, then the bulb will glow, with the resultant frequency.

both lamp make star connection when we connect betw two
phases.

100W, 240V X 2 = 280Volt
PN Volt 240X2 = 480 Volt
