see there is formula, u must be knowing that
V=4.44FBN, BECAUSE OF THIS 4.44 ONLY U GOT the voltage in
term sof 11, 22 etc this 4.44 u will get from form factor
which has a value of 1.11.

VOLTAGE LINE ONLY DEPEND UPON FORM FACTOR, THEN FORM FACTOR RATIO IS =RMS VALUE /AVG VALUE= 1.11. THEN ONLY HIGH VOTAGE LINE IN MULTIPLICTION OF 11 SERIES.

because form factor is the ratio of rms value to the avg
value.normally for AC current we will consider RMS VALUES
ONLY,because of this we will get 11kv,22kv,33kv...etc
