There are some factors and parameters by which we can
decrease the run time as....
1. by increasing flow Rate
2. by increasing lightly Column oven temperature.
3. by increasing mobile phase strength.
3. by using short length column.

1)By changing the mobile phase composition of organic solvent(for ex:acetonitrile),then RT will shift.
2)by changing the flow rate, length of the column, temperature.
3)the next option is better choose some advanced Technic like UPLC.
