i set electrode to 7 buffer than i used it to check 4 buffer
and 10 buffer if the results are not as expected than is it
better to set the buffer again to 4 buffer or is there any
other method available please let me know ...

Check buffer sol. again & then set the ph by setting.

Once you set 7 buffer. Then other must be in the range of ±0.07. If it is in this you can adjust the pH to defined valve. If not you need to regenerate the electrode.

hii, i'm had a sample of 1L that gone through extraction & evaporation. i used 0.5ml of methanol for reconstitution before injecting the sample to HPLC. i made a calibration curve using a standard solution but now i'm confused about how to display the concentration i got from the sample. for ex. i got 0.2ug/ml how i'm gonna explane this is for the 1L ? please help .. i'll really appreciate it thanks
