Mr. Sakthivel with statements like "i want formula for
current density and formula foe area of conductor"
you sound very demanding. YOU WANT----? How about please
send me ------. Thank you.
If you can not calculate the area of a conductor maybe you
need to contact a forth grader and ask them how to
calculate the area of a circle. As for the formula for
current density you may need to go to a fifth grader. Get
off you butt and google current density for yourself and
say thank you when you respond.

firstly calculate load current.
then we have std formula that is
current densty =current/area.
use std. current density for copper or aliminium
put it down in above formula and calculte busbar size.....
if u r area 100mm sq.....then we can use 50mm*2mm or 25*4mm
or 10*10....as per suitable ....very simple na??
