Generally we will wait for 28th day test,if 28 days test
result get failed then immidiate inform your structural
consultant, consultant will suggest the rebound hammer test
which is not a perfect solution, then do the core cutting
test it will give you the actual result of that strucutural
concrete, from this result you will know the actual
strength ,it will decide the jacketing will serve the
purpose or brecking is the final solution.

,When a cube test conducted for a structural member fails, it is advisable to go immediately for a core cutting test and send the sample slab core to test the compressive strength. You need not wait for 14 days or 28 days.
