In implementation project most of the company follows
roadmap to ensure the activities should be done smooth and
successful and with planning.

there are 5 phases.

in Business Blue print company map clients organization
structure and other business scenarion in the form of as is
and to be document.

Blue print is the basis to start config
Consulatnt do config as per blue print prepared and after
signoff.

Actual configuration starts from Realization phase
where we have 2 phase
1) is Base line configuration
2) is Final configuration
in 1st phase respective consultant config there module like
sd consultant will config sd part and fi/co consultant
config fico part but here actually integration not done
with other module.
During 2nd phase like in final config integration will be
done by all consultant
forexample; once we do billing whether accounting entries
are properly hitting or not (SD-FI- integration.
Once we create sales order or delivery stock will be
updated in inventory or not (SD-MM- integration).
After completion of each phase consultant will do Unit &
Integration testing to check whether data flowing from one
document to another without error/mistake.

Hi SD Gurus, Have you done any Customization for your Client which is not an SAP Standard? If so explain what is the customization you have done along with Business scenario detailed procedure, steps, path, t-code, analysis, logic & Explanation and finally your resolution for client’s requirement? If simple ABAP logic is involved then give it? How did you worked with ABAPer and got the solution? Please concentrate more on Business Scenarios & less on Theory? Please give as many real time data examples as possible. I have interview within 1-2 days? So, I request you to provide solutions to above question as early as possible? Quotation has been created for product-D, 10 quantities, sales order is created with reference to the quotation, system copies 10 quantities in sales order. How do you restrict in sales order end user should not change quantities, system should not allow for changes by en user?
