COndition Technique. which include ( Cond Type, Access
Sequence & Access to Fields. )with these parameters you can
maintain the condition record in SAP SD.

The parameter or criteria to maintain Condition record is
depend upon various factor like
-Condition type
-Business Process like Domestic or export
-Type of company/kind of industry like manufaturing,
textiles, steels etc.

These all parameter define always by your core team members
who actually working for this process or departments.

Based on their pricing policy we are maintaining condition
record.

Example- For price the mandatory paramenter is plant
country and region (again depend upon company to company).
For Tax region customer tax code and material tax code and
country is mandatory same for fright condition type too.

-access sequence(accesses&Fields)

Sales order is created 1st june for 200 tooth pastes 100 brushes free of goods (2+1 free goods). At the time of delivery on 15th june you have shortage of brushes by 30, offer closed on 15th june. How do you solve in this scenario??
